Shipping and Delivery:

1、Usually the free shipping we will be shipped China Post Air Mail、Singapore Post Air Mail 、Epacket and so on within 1-3 business day after the payment completed received. Generally,The goods will arrive at your side around 15-50 days .Sometimes,for some reasons,maybe the goods will be delivered and arrive you a little bit late.Wish you can understand. Or if you need more fast shipping,just kindly contact us. For all of purchases at $150 and above one-time,the order will be shipped via more fast express free of charge

2、Before buying, Please make sure your Shipping address is correct.Or not,please correct it before payment. Please leave note in payment note when making the payment if you have any special request (colors/size). A phone number is recommended for a more accurate delivery.

3、 If you dislike the seemingly long shipping time, please don't buy the items. We don't want to get a negative or neutral or a low DSR score only because of the shipping time.But once you purchasing ,we will try to send the orders to you ASAP.

4、Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

5、We will try do our best to meet your requirement and offer best service.If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered,please return it within three business days.You are please responsible for the delivery payment and the loss and damage of the goods.(We will not be responsible for both).

6、Open parcel in post office or in the post man's presence. if it is damaged or not what you ordered,ask the post office to provide official document,especially the claim request paper . (PS:UPS&DHL fast ship please contact us freely before refusing parcel).

Returns and Replacements:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned .Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
